1. IF you panic all time a problem comes around you will want to be trained to empathize, accept, and work with your distress. Thus, you are scared of your distress, since you are not, related with your body and mentality.

If you can go to a restaurant or movie alone with no upsetting, read about how to handle and recognize fear of what you are frightened of, instead of taking recommendation on the topic. If you sense comfortable on a first date, thus you tell to your discomforts well. Remember, most of us are uneasy on any first date, but it is how you deal with it that determines your intensity of anxiety and panic. Just be you and you will do well.
