Vitamin B – Is it the Wonder Pill For Mental Health?

Many doctors consider depression to be a real mystery. They know that it occurs as a result of an imbalance in many cases but beyond that, they really only say that it is a problem that needs to be treated with the use of prescription medication.

These medications can alter our feelings and thought patterns in many different ways but one thing that they are unable to do is to treat the problem from the root and to be able to cure it from there. In fact, they may cause some other problems in the form of side effects that can actually cause more problems than the problem they are trying to cure.
